TMOV Ventures LLC ("TMOV Ventures", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have over it. It applies to tmovventures.com and to the products and services we operate, together the "Services".

- Transaction information where you purchase a service, including billing details processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical and log data generated when you use the Services, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps.
2How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain and secure the Services;
- send transactional communications you have asked for, including verification codes, account and service notices and support replies;
- respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- process payments and maintain financial records;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;

3Mobile information and SMS data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we record the number, the consent itself, and the time, source and wording of the consent, because telecommunications regulations require us to keep that record. We use the number only to send the messages described in our Terms of Service.
Mobile numbers and consent records are disclosed only to the licensed messaging providers that transmit messages on our behalf. Those providers act as our processors under contract, may use the data only to deliver our messages, and may not use it for their own purposes or resell it. No mobile information is shared with affiliates, data brokers, lead generators or advertisers.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing legal@tmovventures.com. We retain a record of the opt-out after you withdraw consent, so that we can honor it.
4Call recordings
Calls with us may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, security and record-keeping, and we give notice at the start of any recorded call. If you object, tell us at the start of the call and we will stop recording or move the conversation to another channel.
Recordings, transcripts and call metadata such as the numbers involved, time and duration are stored on access-controlled systems and are available only to personnel with a business need. We retain recordings for no longer than twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, an investigation or a regulatory obligation. We do not sell recordings, and we do not use them for marketing, advertising or automated profiling.
