TMOV Ventures is a holding company. It forms, funds and operates software businesses, and holds the intellectual property, contracts and infrastructure those businesses run on. Each venture is managed independently under the TMOV Ventures LLC umbrella.

The company is privately held and self-funded. It is not a broker, an agency or a reseller, and it does not solicit consumers.

TMOV Ventures and its ventures use SMS and voice calls to reach people who have asked to hear from us: account holders, customers and business contacts. Messages and calls are transactional, covering things such as verification codes, account and service notices, scheduling and support.

Consent is collected directly from the recipient and is never bought, sold or transferred. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
